Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait collectively retreated by the end of Thursday’s trading session, as the All-Share, Premier, and Main indices declined by 0.01% each.
Liquidity decreased by 34.5% to KWD 35.17 million from KWD 53.69 million on Wednesday, 15 January, while the trading volume slid by 20.7% to 161.8 million shares from 204.24 million.
The technology sector led seven decliners with 10%, while the real estate segment topped five gainers with 0.32%.
Meanwhile, Automated Systems came on top of the red zone with 10%, while Gulf Investment House (GIH) led the green zone with 15%.
National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), up 0.27%, recorded the highest turnover of KWD 9.8 million, while Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment, up 4.64%, was the most active stock with 35.23 million traded shares.
